It's very important that we understand your goals.  We want to know your motivations and expectations so that we can deliver a quality result.

As a continuation of the initial meeting we need to see the subject property.  We will walk the grounds with the seller to discuss our findings and the necessary seller disclosure forms.

The property disclosure forms will reveal what the seller knows about the property from top to bottom.  Be prepared to reveal all you know about the property so that you present a good product to a future buyer.

A listing agreement will be reached outlining our brokerage relationship, the terms of the sale, and the distribution of compensation at closing.

You often hear agents refer to the MLS when using real estate jargon.  They are referring to the multiple listing services. Agents have exclusive access to the MLS.  As a result, these services allow your properties information to be seen by thousand's of agents across the state and or country.

It is a powerful tool in spreading the word to an active crowd of potential buyers.

Our brokerage uses the GAMLS and FMLS.  Details will appear in our listing agreement.

There is nothing more satisfying than sitting at the closing table at the conclusion of the deal.  All signatures are complete, money has transferred, and the buyer is in the lobby dancing with a giant key.
