Finding your home
It starts with a comprehensive discussion

Listening to your needs and desires is what our initial comprehensive meeting is all about. We need to fully understand where you are and where you wish to be in the near future.
KW Proprietary Search Engine

We will share a Keller Williams search engine with you. It will allow you to search the market and see what is currently available under the multiple listing services.
This KW proprietary tool is state of the art and gives the user real time results.
Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement

Once we have decided that we are going to work with one another a buyer agreement will be signed that spells out the expectation of both the buyer and the brokerage. Rules of compensation have changed in real estate, so those issues and more will be addressed at the start of the relationship so there are no surprises.
Showing properties

Viewing several properties may be necessary. Sometimes a drive by in the early morning or late afternoon can tell you a lot about a property we have visited. Doing your due diligence and make sure its the right property for you.
Property Inspections & Appraisals

Inspections take place during the due diligence. This is when we may find out about potential problems that exist that may not be visible to the eye. Also, most loans will require that the property appraisals meet value.
Closing the deal

Last, our closing team will prepare the appropriate transfer of deed and ownership paperwork. Our ultimate goal is to hand you the keys and put you in the home you desire.
